There are many changes during pregnancy that women fear. In that aspect, there are many changes that come after pregnancy that most women don’t even think about. Some changes are more unexpected than others. Many women go into pregnancy believing that they are not going to go it alone, while some women pull through pregnancy knowing that they will become a single mother.

So how does a single mother deal with the dating scene post baby? Breast implants also known as a breast augmentation can give that extra push and boost of confidence that a woman needs to get her game back, figuratively and literally speaking.

Emotional trauma is tough to get through alone, but women can lean on their friends, their family, and in some cases, their own confidence. Without confidence, how can a woman even begin to believe in herself? Expanding on this type of change, it’s often difficult for women to trust and confide in friends with their true emotions, but the new bond between mother and child can solidify new experiences and the ability to learn new things for a mother. It’s a tough world with a new child, but it can be tougher without a partner to help and for a woman to learn this the hard way, it’s no fun at all.

After you have decided to have breast enlargement cosmetic surgery, and what size implant you want, now you must choose where the incision will be and if you will put the implant over or under the muscle.
There’s no way around it, you will have scars from the incision site. The incision can be made under the breast, around the areola, in the armpit, or through the belly button.
Each incision has its good points and bad points. With the breast crease incision, the scar isn’t really noticeable unless the woman is lying down nude. Also the operation is the simplest in this location, and simple is always best for a busy surgeon.
An incision around the areola is visible when you view the naked woman straight on. The armpit incision eliminates scars from the breast, but is noticeable when wearing a short sleeved dress or bathing suit.
The incision through the belly button is difficult since the implant must be pushed a long way. The possibility of getting the implant in the wrong place is great. There is also a huge risk of rupturing the implant while pushing it into place with the sharp instruments.
Another important decision is whether to place the implant over or under the pectoralis muscle. Since breast tissue is normally over the muscle this would be the ideal place. But with textured saline implants if it is placed over the muscle wrinkling may occur. The nipple receives its blood supply from the muscle, so if you have plans for future breast feeding the implant needs to go under the muscle. However, if the implant is placed completely under the muscle, when the chest muscle contracts the implant may be squeezed causing the implants to flatten out.
