Start with a little web searching. There are many places online that can help you find advice for dealing with a bully and talking to your boss about the bully. There are even places that will help you deal with a boss that is bullying employees. Read, take notes, and implement their ideas.
There are books available to assist you available in every major bookstore, too. Some of these have really good ideas. If you can, take a few minutes to browse through the chapters and choose the one that is the best for your particular situation.
If your company has rules against bullying in workplace head to Human Resources. They have been taught how to deal with these situations, and can help you a great deal. Now, if your company doesn’t have any rules, HR may not know what to do but it is always a good idea to let them know what is going on. This will help protect your job while you are figuring out what to do.
